HOW IT WORKS
Our patented lowering chamber design allows for gentle crop handling
Our EZ Down and Big EZ handling equipment uses our patented lowering tray design and provides the gentle handling our crops need in order to remain as healthy as the moment they were harvested. The equipments carefully designed in-feed chute and sensor system delivers lodge free performance and includes a built-in buffer hopper for continuous operation while bags and crates are changed..
step 01
As product is delivered to the top of the infeed chute, it begins to fill.
step 02
As the chute fills, the chamber begins to lower so that more product can be added.
step 03
When the chute reaches the bottom, the exit doors open and your product gently flows out.
step 04
The chamber then moves back up in small increments creating a smooth flow of product into the tote bag or pallet box.
step 05
When the container has reached the full point, the gate on the infeed closes, the chamber retracts upward releasing its load, the bottom doors close and the cycle automatically starts again
